The Shape Burlington Report: Creating an Engaged Community was created by the Mayors Citizen Advisory Committee on Civic Engagement (known as Shape Burlington), a committee of independent residents formed at the request of the Mayor. Shape Burlington spoke with City Hall staffers, elected officials, department heads and most importantly, the citizens of Burlington.
